Spanish chef José Andrés will open two new restaurants in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood. As coronavirus restrictions began to lift and new practices came into effect, chef José Andrés also announced plans to open two restaurants at a new Ritz-Carlton hotel in Manhattan.

Last year, Andrés focused on nurturing the needy through the nonprofit World Central Kitchen. According to Fine Dining Lovers, the chef is channeling his energy into the restaurant business as the crisis ends.
