Jordi Roca

Jordi Roca is known as the Pastry Chef of the restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, located in Girona, Catalonia, Spain. He runs the place together with his two older brothers, Joan (Chef) and Joseph (Sommelier).

Jordi Roca’s work is notable for its freedom, freshness and daring. Roca prepares flavors with an approach that pushes the boundaries and breaks the mold, and its expertise is to impress customers both visually and with a feast of taste.
