As the world’s second largest gastronomy conference, Gastromasa Istanbul International Gastronomy Conference & Exhibition continues to serve as a significant bridge between Turkish and global gastronomy. The 10th edition of Gastromasa will take place on November 5-6, 2025, at the Haliç Congress Center in Istanbul, under the theme “Stories of 10 Years.” Growing each year with new innovations, discoveries, and inspiration, Gastromasa will continue to offer unforgettable experiences to its participants with talks, interviews, panels, and workshops that shape the future of gastronomy.
This year’s event will serve as a platform for taking steps toward the future, where new roadmaps for the industry will be drawn. Haliç Congress Center, where the Gastromasa Conference will take place, is one of the largest auditorium halls in Europe and Türkiye, designed with the latest technology, with its auditorium with a seating capacity of 3.004 people, a foyer area opening to the beach of 2,830 sqm, a stage of 477 sqm and 12 speaker rooms.
