Hugo Boss, the famous fashion brand that supported local communities in Singapore during the pandemic, joined forces with Petrina Loh, the chef of Morsels, to create a new omakase menu. 10% of the proceeds from the menu will be donated to the Food Bank Singapore to support Singapore.
Famous fashion brand Hugo Boss has been directing 10% of the revenue to The Food Bank Singapore by collaborating with restaurants through the #BOSSTOGETHERSG initiative to support local communities in Singapore since early June. Hugo Boss, which has previously collaborated with Wild Rocket and Salted & Hung in addition to Michelin-starred Braci, will partner with a new restaurant every month in its initiative that will last until the end of 2020. This month, it is partnering with local chef Petrina Loh of Morsels, an experimental fusion cuisine restaurant located on Dempsey Hill. Loh, the first female chef to collaborate with Boss, prepared her new omakase menu inspired by the colours of Boss’s Autumn / Winter 2020 collection.
