A new study by Chef’s Pencil listed the Michelin-starred restaurants with the world’s most expensive tasting menus. According to Chef’s Pencil, which has analyzed the menus of more than 450 Michelin-starred restaurants in high-priced cities such as New York, Paris, San Francisco, and Tokyo, Sublimotion in Ibiza is on the top of the list.

 

Chef’s Pencil, which ranks restaurants with the most expensive full-tasting menus, accounting for locations that offer multiple options at different price points, has released the highly anticipated list. Sublimotion in Spain, stands out as the most expensive Michelin-starred restaurant in the world, with a tasting menu of approximately $ 1,740 per person. It is followed by Ultraviolet in Shanghai, Kitcho Arashimayama Honten in Kyoto, Azabu Kadowaki in Tokyo, and Masa in New York.
