Sublimotion in Spain, stands out as the most expensive Michelin-starred restaurant in the world, with a tasting menu of approximately $ 1,740 per person. It is followed by Ultraviolet in Shanghai, Kitcho Arashimayama Honten in Kyoto, Azabu Kadowaki in Tokyo, and Masa in New York.
