Gordon Ramsay is opening his first food market in the US in the new year. Gordon Ramsay Food Market, which will open at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort in early 2022, will offer menus suitable for every hour of the day in 7 different concepts.

Sharing his excitement about his new project, the Michelin-starred chef said, “I’m in love with the Cherokee/Asheville area, and I couldn’t be more excited to open my very first Gordon Ramsay Food Market in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. From Street Burger and Street Pizza to Fish & Chips, GR Sushi and more, we’ll highlight the very best local ingredients sourced from the region’s incredible farmers and artisans.”

British flags and motifs will accompany the decoration, as well as works of art and popular culture accessories. In the menus, which will be prepared in 7 different concepts, materials produced by local farmers of the region such as Hickory Nup Gap Farm, Spicewalla and Joyce Farms will be used. Truffles Pub with Ramsay classics, Street Burger serving breakfast burger delicacies, Street Pizza reinterpreting Naples-style pizza with local products, GR Sushi where Asian-inspired dishes will be served in the Sushi concept, Fish & Chips with British fish and chips and similar flavors, delicatessen style Catch Cafe & Raw Bar with sandwiches and salads prepared with local products, and GR Bake & Brew concepts with pastries will be opened at Gordon Ramsay Food Market in 2022.
