Giorgio Bargiani, Assistant Director of Mixology at The Connaught Bar, is an influential figure on the global bar scene. Originally from Italy, Bargiani got his hospitality skills from his family’s restaurant in Pisa, Italy.

During his undergraduate studies, Giorgio Bargiani decided to become a bartender, and after that he tried to find a place for himself in luxury hotels. In 2014, he joined The Connaught Bar, where he brings creative innovations to the table.

The experienced Giorgio Bargiani was awarded ‘International Bartender of the Year’ at Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards 2023.
