Revolve, where chef Arran Smith, who worked at the Michelin-starred Swan and Scott’s of Mayfair, will take control of the kitchen, opens in London in May. Aiming to present French brasserie classics to guests with a modern twist, Revolve will draw attention with its rich menu.
Created by entrepreneurs including Andrew Fishwick, former operator of London’s famous gastropub Truscott Arms, and Tristram Hillier, former managing director of Corney & Barrow, Revolve will serve with a capacity of 115 guests.
It will also be possible to watch DJ performances on weekends in the brasserie, which has an open-air terrace that can be reserved for private parties and events.
In addition, important chefs such as Anna Hansen, Josh Eggleton and Lee Westcott will be guests of the venue throughout the summer.
