Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts continues to lead the luxury lodging sector with its 21-star restaurants in 16 hotels around the world on the 2022 Michelin Guide list. The hotel group, which has a total of 28 stars on the 2022 list, is the leader in its industry with the most Michelin stars. In this year’s list, 6 restaurants are awarded for the first time, while 3 restaurants are honored with 3 Michelin stars.
In the Michelin Guide France 2022, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, once again leads the way with three stars for Le Cinq and one star each for Le George and L’Orangerie. In the same guide, the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat continues to hold the A Four Seasons Hotel, Le Cap 1 star. Four Seasons Hotel Megève, on the other hand, earned its first star with the newly opened La Dame de Pic – Le 1920 restaurant under the direction of Michelin-starred chef Anne-Sophie Pic. La Dame de Pic at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square received 2 stars, making it one of the hotel group’s first-starred restaurants.
In the 2022 Michelin Guide, the Four Seasons Hong Kong was awarded 7 stars. Lung King Heen is the first Chinese restaurant in the world to be awarded 3 stars. Caprice, which offers French gastronomy with a special experience, received 3 stars and Sushi Saito, the first overseas restaurant of legendary sushi master Takashi Saito’s famous restaurant focusing on Edomae-style sushi, received 1 star.
