Celebrity Spanish chef Ferran Adrià returns to el Bulli’s kitchen with the new ‘Bullinianos’ team. Nearly ten years after the Cala Montjoi restaurant closed, elBulli’s kitchen was reopened. According to Gastroeconomy’s news, Ferran Adrià said, “This is a very exciting and important day for ElBullifoundation and elBulli 1846. “This will be a milestone since ElBulli’s kitchen has not been operating for 10 years.” 

Referring to the new dynamics of el Bulli, which was reopened under the name el Bulli 1846, saying “I am slowly entering the kitchen, but I want to work here in a different way”, the chef stated that he started working with ten professionals.
