World-renowned chef Massimo Bottura and his wife Lara Gilmore continue to raise awareness through the social responsibility project which he has developed.

The duo is preparing to open the doors of the Palace Foundation, which they founded with the motto “food for the soul”,  at the Refettorio Mérida in Mexico. With this project, Massimo Bottura and Lara Gilmore both aim to bring light to Mérida’s cultural wealth and to build a just and egalitarian society in North America.
