Daniel Humm, the famous chef of three Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park, is looking for new employees to join his restaurant. He added vaccination to the requirements for employment.

Chef Humm, like many other restaurateurs, has had to leave the restaurant industry due to the pandemic, has a shortage of skilled workers, and stated that in addition to cooking skills, the hiring requirement is to have the Covid-19 vaccine within 30 days of hire.
