Daniel Humm, the world-famous chef of 3 Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park, announced on his Instagram account that the fast-casual food concept Made Nice opened in New York in 2017 is closed permanently.
World-renowned chef Daniel Humm said in his candid statement about the closure of Made Nice two days ago: “It feels surreal to be saying these words, but it is true: today, we are closing Made Nice permanently. COVID has been such a tough time for our whole industry, and we have not emerged unscathed, like so many of our peers and friends. To our guests: thank you for your support over the years. Being able to share Made Nice with you all has meant so much to me. I am so proud of the incredible team that worked tirelessly to make Made Nice a reality. Thank you for your hard work, especially Daniel Distefano and Kendall Scodari for leading with such passion. I love you guys.”
