Opened by Chef Dan Cox in February 2023, Crocadon is located in Cornwall. The land acquired by Cox in 2017 includes a 120-acre organic farm. The product of a five-year project, Crocadon links food and agriculture, with Cox regularly growing the dishes on the menu and using ingredients from his farm. Each ingredient on Cox’s plates is a tangible example of the ‘farm to table’ philosophy, and each dish is a tribute to nature.
Crocadon, the apple of Dan Cox’s eye, was awarded the Green Michelin Star for its sustainability efforts in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2023 selection. In the 2024 list of the same guide, the restaurant was awarded 1 Michelin Star.
