There has been news of the closure of the Philippine restaurant Sarap Baon in London Brixton. The news of the closure of the restaurant serving traditional Filipino dishes was announced by Chef Budgie Montoya.

It was stated that the effect of the pandemic, energy prices and rising costs played a role in the closing of the venue, which opened in January 2020. “I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity at Brixton Village, it was a great starting platform and they have been very supportive throughout the process,” said Chef Montoya.
