Chef of Michelin-starred Hong Kong venue Tate Dining Room, Vicky Lau announced her new menu highlighting soy sauce, following the success of her previous special menus involving rice and tofu.
Blending Chinese and French cuisines in her restaurant, chef Vicky Lau serves her special menus dedicated to certain ingredients of Asian cuisine. She now launches her new menu “Ode to Soy Sauce”, following the success of her rice and tofu focused menus. The soy sauce menu will be served on Fridays and Saturdays during the lunch hours until March 27th, 2021.
