Michelin-starred chef Giancarlo Perbellini is preparing to open his new restaurant “Locanda Perbellini-Ai Beati” on Lake Garda after taking over the historic restaurant Ai Beati di Garda.

The restaurant, which consists of four interior rooms and a counter, has been transformed into a perfect design by architect Silvia Bettini, who has designed all the rooms of the chef for years. The opening is planned to be held in early May, in line with coronavirus restrictions, and to remain open all year round, seven days a week in the summer.
