One of Greece’s beloved restaurants Selene will work in collaboration with Michelin starred chef Ettore Botrini for the new season.

“For 35 years, Selene has been associated with the discovery and elevation of Santorini’s gastronomic treasures. Today, from the premises of an old monastery where the restaurant is housed, Ettore Botrini will transform the fine ingredients of Santorini into contemporary dishes, evolving the gastronomic scene of the island” said the management of Selene, aiming to enhance the gastronomy scene of Santorini.
