Mexican chef Enrique Olvera has opened his third restaurant in Mexico. The new restaurant named Carao is located in the holiday resort of the One & Only Mandarina hotel. The restaurant, which has a view of the copper shores of the Pacific Ocean, is located in a place surrounded by rainforests.

Carao, which has several dining rooms arranged around a central kitchen and equipped with organic materials, is a restaurant where not even the smallest detail is missed, such as ceramic tableware specially produced by Veracruz master Joel Red for Enrique Olvera. The restaurant, which will reflect the traditional dishes of Mexico, will also showcase the modern style of Olvera.
