Chef Danny Grant, who became America’s youngest chef with two Michelin stars in 2011 and 2012 with his former restaurant RIA, will open two new restaurants in Dallas next year.
Known for bringing European gastronomy to America with his education in classic French cuisine, chef Danny Grant plans to open two new restaurants named Monarch and Kessaku in Dallas after his success with Maple&Ash and Etta.
Planning to open his restaurants by March 2021, Grant hopes his new restaurants to run for Michelin stars in their first year.
