Famous Italian chef Carlo Cracco has announced that he will launch his wine brand in the fall. It is not yet known what the official name of the wines of Cracco, which has become a wine producer thanks to the Vistamare company in Emilia Romagna, will be.

Regarding raw material production on his own, Carlo Cracco, in an interview with Il Resto del Carlino earlier, explained that this is the key piece he was missing. Stating that today, knowing how to make a good meal or designing a good recipe is not enough, the most important thing is to be able to choose the raw material, where it comes from, and how it is grown, Cracco will launch its wine brand to control the supply chain.
