American celebrity chef Bobby Flay’s restaurant he founded in 2004, Mesa Grill, will leave its place to his new project Amalfi.
Amalfi by Bobby Flay, one of the most anticipated openings of 2021, takes inspiration from Italy’s Amalfi coast for its menu and design. Chef Bobby Flay’s restaurant Mesa Grill located in one of the most famous hotels of Las Vegas, Ceasars Palace, brought great success. Now, known with its southwestern cuisine, Mesa Grill is leaving its place to the chef’s new Italian restaurant Amalfi.
Bobby Flay announced the closure of Mesa Grill in October, stating that he is aiming for the restaurant to relocate in Las Vegas in the future. With a construction budget of over $4 million, Amalfi is planned to be almost twice the size of its predecessor, promising a 30-seat bar, a lounge area at 40 people capacity and private dining rooms to accommodate 60 guests at a time.
