Hardeep Rehal, an accomplished bartender from Cocktail Solutions, will attend the 2023 International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference.

The 8th Edition of the International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference which continues to serve as a bridge between Turkey and world gastronomy and is in the first two places among world gastronomy events, will be held on November 4-5, 2023 at the Haliç Congress Center in Istanbul. The theme of the conference will be “Geography”. About Hardeep Rehal

Indian roots, British born, He moved to Denmark with his parents when he was quite young. He became curious about bartending while studying engineering at Danish Technical University. Found a middle ground between problem-solving, science and booze, and the challenges of doing so, have kept him on that path since 2003. To further nurture his deep interest in spirits and flavour he has been topping up with courses in food science and WSET L3 in spirits.

He has earned various awards and international rankings such as Nordic Bar Personally of the Year and Global World Class.

He has a company called Cocktailsolutions.dk where he gets to teach and do R&D in and outside the bar, collaborating across different industries.
Over the past years, he’s become an educator and speaker, focusing on alternative views on flavor and innovation.

He also co-owns a high-volume cocktail bar & nightclub in Copenhagen called Blume, closing the gap between the nightclub and the classic bar.
