World-renowned chef Julien Royer who won the first place at Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2020 with his restaurant Odette, gave Foodinlife an assessment about the agenda.
The successful chief said quarantine days in the fight against coronavirus had been a challenging process for everyone, adding:
“Our hearts and spirits remain open and with our community at this time. Now more than ever, we are reminded of the reasons why we are in this business. We feel very fortunate to be able to continue serving our community and are incredibly humbled and grateful for the tremendous support we have received. Their kindness continues to inspire and unite us, and we want more than ever to show our love, support and solidarity to the F&B industry, to encourage and look out for one another as we weather this storm together. It’s been a challenging time for all of us, but we look forward with hope and optimism to better days ahead.”
