Andrea Berton started his culinary adventure at Gualtiero Marchesi in the 90s and continued his studies at Alain Ducasse at the Louis XV Monte Carlo for 4 years.
In 2005, he started working at Ristorante Trussardi alla Scala, where he earned his first Michelin star in 2008 and his second in 2009.
In 2013, the chef opened Ristorante Berton and became a star with his broth tasting menus. A year later, Ristorante Berton was awarded 1 Michelin star.
Having realized many collaborations, Berton opened the first H2O submarine restaurant at the resort ‘You & Me’ by Cocoonin the Maldives, in 2020. In addition, Andrea has worked in many locations such as Sardinia, Dubai and Monte Carlo, and his latest collaboration this year is with W Hotel Milano, which will open this year.
