World-renowned Spanish chef Albert Adrià, who is preparing to open the highly anticipated pop-up ADMO in Paris with Alain Ducasse, announced that he is working with his brother Ferran Adrià to reopen the world’s most iconic restaurant, El Bulli, next year. Stating that the iconic restaurant may reopen but not to the public, Adrià stated that it will only be opened to special groups for gastronomic experiences.
“We are also pending on El Bulli,” said Adrià. “If El Bulli reopens as a restaurant, that would be in the fall of next year — between September, October, or November 2022. It will be open for one month. When it opens, we close our Enigma and head to Roses to work there.”
