French chef Alain Ducasse is preparing to open a new culinary school in Nai Lert Park, in the heart of Bangkok, early next year. According to the press release, the project named Ecole Ducasse aims to make Thailand a regional center for culinary and pastry arts education.

The soon to be opened Ecole Ducasse will be located in the lush garden of Nai Lert Park Heritage Home in Phloen Chit. Nai Lert Group CEO Naphaporn “Lek” Bodiratnangkura stated that the new school will bring out young talents that will contribute to the country’s tourism and offer an extraordinary gastronomic experience.
