The Al Meni food festival, created by the world-famous 3 Michelin-star Italian chef Massimo Bottura and held in Rimini, Italy, will meet food lovers in September.
The food festival, normally held in June, was postponed to September 25-27 due to pandemic. Carrying the 8 1/2 circus tent that inspired the world-famous Federico Fellini to the centre of the festival, Al Meni brings together young chefs from Italy and around the world for a feast of gastronomy that celebrates the cuisine and produce from Emilia Romagna with the spontaneous atmosphere of a street party. The festival, which will be held for the seventh time, promises to be special because it will be dedicated to the future, to the earth, liberty and imagination in the fields of culture, the arts, food and environment, Food and Wine Gazette reported.
