Resorts World Sentosa’s latest gastronomy adventure, Aqua Gastronomy, offers an experience that appeals to all senses under the sea.

Resorts World Sentosa, one of Singapore’s successful hotels, welcomes its guests with its Aqua Gastronomy concept, which combines breathtaking views of the submarine with a 4-course feast of seafood. In the Open Ocean Habitat section of the S.E.A Aquarium, groups of up to 5 people will eat with more than 100,000 marine animals in the new concept, which will meet with guests between September 4 and October 31. But there is more to food than a visual service; services will be punctuated with special effects and ocean soundstage to create a multi-sensory dining experience.

Aqua Gastronomy offers unique dishes as well as the unique scenery by bringing together the world’s highest quality seafood such as; sea bass and shellfish come from local fisheries, Barramundi Asia and Ah Hua Kelong, and ingredients like Canadian hand-harvested scallops, Vietnamese prawns, and Norwegian langoustines.
