Before the ceremony of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in Singapore on the 25th of June, another award category winner is just announced. The contemporary Italian restaurant on the shores of Lake Garda in northern Italy run by brothers Riccardo and Giancarlo Camanini won the “Miele The One to Watch Award.” Category rewards the restaurants that considered to be a rising star on an  international level” recognising a restaurant outside the 1-50 list with the potential to rise into The World’s 50 Best Restaurants ranking, in the future.

Speaking of the win Chef Riccardo commented: “We are extremely surprised and didn’t expect such a desirable recognition on an international level.” Co-owner Giancarlo added: “To be placed alongside those that represent the best in international gastronomic excellence has left us speechless.”
