Hong Kong’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Tate Dining Room, will give its guests a real seafood feast with its new tasting menu “Ode to Hong Kong”.
With the relaxation of restrictions and social distancing measures in restaurants, Vicky Lau, the chef of the Michelin-starred Tate Dining Room, is preparing to present the new seasonal seafood tasting menu to its guests. With her new dinner menu called “Ode to Hong Kong”, Lau renews the flavours of her restaurant with dishes inspired by Hong Kong flavours and ingredients, from seasonings to fruit and vegetables.
According to the news in Tatler Hong Kong, the new menu, prepared with the spirit of the city in mind, is almost a celebration of seafood and includes special ingredients from China and Japan.
