Thomas Keller, the chef of the world-famous 3-Michelin-starred The French Laundry, has announced a new menu that will welcome guests in the historic building.

With the removal of COVID-19 restrictions, restaurants began welcoming guests with new concepts and menus. To celebrate the return of indoor dining after restrictions, Thomas Keller, the chef of the USA’s 3 Michelin-starred restaurant The French Laundry, started to offer his guests special dining experience with his new menu. The new menu, which will be served in the Historic French Laundry building, is served with a reservation that can be increased up to 8 people at one of the 3 tables. The new menu which includes a bottle of 2006 Dom Perignon, followed by truffles, Regiis Ova caviar, foie gras, wagyu beef, and extended canapés and dessert service, costs $850 per person.
