S.Pellegrino is holding a series of events for chefs who host their guests in Canada with intensive work. The series of events allows them to enjoy the service they work hard for every day. The participating chefs will enjoy an evening of fine dining and wine from the other side of the kitchen, relaxing and mingling with respected colleagues.

The first event -“Heart of the House”- hosted by Alo Restaurant will hold on May 18. Restaurant owners, chefs, and members of the industry can apply for their colleagues – who deserve to nominate- until April 27 to attend the event.
