The Aqua restaurant, located in Howth, the seaside town in the north of Dublin, was named the world’s best seafood restaurant at the World Luxury Awards.

With this award they won the best seafood restaurant in Europe and continued its success. Restaurant manager Charlie Smith said they could not attend the ceremony but were absolutely excited and honored for their fourth prize.

Aqua has a magnificent view of Dublin Bay and is a favorite of both locals and tourists. Since they are located in Howth, the last fishing village in Dublin, the place that provides their fish directly from the local people is always able to cook with fresh fish.

Restaurant manager Charlie Smith said that “I am pleased to recognize and reconsider the recognition of Irish and Dublin cuisine.”
