This year, Brazil will host the ceremony for the unveiling of the list of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, on November 28th. After having graced Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Peru, the event will take place for the first time in the Carioca state Rio de Janeiro is ready to welcome the most influential figures from the world of Latin American gastronomy.

As per tradition, the unveiling of the list will be preceded by the announcement of special awards including the Latin America’s Best Female Chef Award, the American Express One to Watch Award, and the 2023 Icon Award as well as the 51 – 100 best restaurants ranking of Latin America. On the fringes of the unveiling ceremony, Rio will also host the #50BestTalks, a series of panels that will bring together the world’s top voices and chefs to discuss the state of the industry and its future.
