In the wake of the earthquake that happened in Türkiye and Syria on 6 February 2023 and the aftershocks that devastated greatly in the areas, leaving more than a death toll of 42,000. Louise is stepping in to give help along with part of the food & beverage community in Hong Kong, presenting Chefs for Türkiye Charity Dinner on Monday, 27 February 2023.
The one-night-only event calls upon Chef Franckelie, his friends – six of the city’s most renowned chefs and suppliers to cook and fundraise for this urgent cause over a 7-course dinner at HKD 4,888 per guest, with all proceeds to go towards the AFAD association – Disaster and Emergency Authority – plans and coordinates post-disaster response services for people in need.
On that evening, a silent auction will also be held where a list of prizes are on offer to acquire funds further for this urgent cause.
