Rosewood London hotel has created an afternoon tea menu inspired by Japanese contemporary artist Yayoi Kusama, famous for her impressive installations. Created by Rosewood London’s Executive Pastry Chef, Mark Perkins, the menu will combine Japanese flavors with traditional French pastries and patisseries.
Inspired by the queen of spots, Yayoi Kusama, the menu features three aesthetically pleasing pastries: Chocolate cup with Tonka caramel, peach and jasmine macaron, Japanese cherry blossom, and vanilla cheesecake. Every cake on the menu is inspired by a Kusama artwork.
