World-renowned chef of the Michelin-starred L’Argine a Vencò in Italy, Antonia Klugmann, is opening a shop in the Trieste region of Italy where she will promote the gastronomic offerings of the area, following the success of Antonia a Casa.

In an interview done by the Food and Wine Gazette, “With this project we wanted to really show we are committed to our region and territory offering an interesting option to our local clients” said chef Antonia Klugmann’s sister Victoria Klugmann, who is in charge of communication for the brand. She also added that they aim to support the small businesses and producers of the area with this project.
