As part of its A Journey To The Farm Package, Meliá Chiang Mai takes guests to a nearby 250-acre gourmet organic farm to meet local farmers and learn more about sustainable agriculture and healthier eating.

As part of the new hotel’s “360° Cuisine” program, the kitchen works closely with ORI9IN The Gourmet Farm in San Sai District, sourcing organic produce “from the farm to the plate”, only a short distance away. ‘Plate to farm’ is intended to use each component (roots, leaves, stems, stems and more) before food waste is returned to the farm as fertilizer.
