21 new restaurants from New York have been added to the Michelin Guide, one of the world’s most respected restaurant rating systems. Restaurants that entered the guide for the first time this year take place in a wide scale from Korean cuisine to Mexican cuisine.

“We hope that these regular revelations and updates to the selection throughout the year will provide opportunities to highlight the profession and invite everyone to discover and support the restaurants around them,” said Gwendal Poullennec, Michelin Guide’s International Director, after the restaurants were announced.
