Spanish chef Paco Morales of two Michelin starred Noor restaurant in Cordoba will be opening a pop-up restaurant at the Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen between 2 July and 28 July.
Discovering Cordoba’s past with his cuisine, Morales will take Noor’s food to Denmark, mixing the flavors of his second restaurant in Cordoba el Bar with different versions and tapas. Spanish chef will prepare a unique menu which will contain both Andalusian and Danish ingredients as well as more classic gourmet ingredients like caviar, lobster, tuna and marrow for this pop-up.
“Now it is my ambition to bring the beauty and ideas from my vision further out into the world. Tivoli is the perfect platform to reach out to international foodies and enthusiasts of great food. I have been told that the Japanese tower has 2,800 bright spots but I hope that our project will make it shine even brighter,” the Spanish chef who put Cordoba on the world gastronomy map said to Food and Wine. He is also considered by Ferran Adria as one of the most exciting chefs in the world.
