The seventh edition of the annual Asia’s 50 Best Bars list will be revealed on April 28, 2022, in Bangkok. The ceremony beginning at 6 pm local time in Bangkok, will be live-streamed this year.

The 2022 list of Asia’s 50 Best Bars was created by 220 leaders, including beverage writers, educators, journalists, bartenders, bar owners, and local cocktail enthusiasts. The ceremony will be live on The World’s 50 Best Bars Facebook and 50 Best Bars TV YouTube Channel. Other special awards will be announced as part of the ceremony sponsored by Perrier; Roku Industry Icon, Ketel One Sustainable Bar, Disaronno Highest New Entry, London Essence Best New Opening, Nikka Highest Climber, Siete Misterios Best Cocktail Menu, Campari One To Watch, and Rémy Martin Legend of the List.

Last year, the Coa Bar in Hong Kong led the list, while the winner of 2020, Jigger and Pony from Singapore, came in second this year. The SG Club in Shingo Gokan was named The Best Bar in Japan, placed third.

Bangkok has long been a key player in the Asian cocktail scene, with The Bamboo Bar. The bar received the award for The Best Bar in Thailand in the past five editions of the list, which is in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
