KOKS, the farthest restaurant in the world, will take reservations for only two days on February 12 and 14, 2022, with special lunch and dinner menus for Valentine’s Day, and a wonderful menu for the most romantic day of the year. Expanding the two-Michelin-starred KOKS’ residence at the Grand Hyatt Singapore, Chef Poul Andrias Ziska and his team will offer Valentine’s Day lunch and dinner sessions.

Created by Brad Pitt and the Perrin and Peters families in collaboration with Fleur du Miraval, the only champagne house dedicated exclusively to Rose champagne, the package includes Fleur du Miraval ER2 pairings, in which dinner guests gift a full bottle of rosé champagne. Dinner is priced at S$798 per person and a premium wine pairing. Public booking for KOKS’ Valentine’s Day lunch and dinner session on February 12 and 14 begins today, January 17.
