The new year comes with exciting news! Michelin-starred omakase restaurant Noda is counting the days to move to its new address in Manhattan.
After four years at the original location in Nomad, restaurant partners David Hess, Justin Hauser and Aiden Carty have decided to move to a new, larger location. The Noda team carries out meticulous work under the guidance of interior designer Ken Fulk so that the charm and character of the restaurant is not compromised.
Currently, a 10-seat sushi bar, Noda’s new location will feature a custom-built kitchen for chef Shigeyuki Tsunoda. Strengthening the restaurant’s beverage programs, the team plans to surprise guests with different food and beverage pairings.
