Located in the UK, the Selfridges store will host Matthew Kenney’s new restaurant, Adesse, as part of the Project Earth sustainability initiative. The restaurant, which has an organic, seasonal, and vegan menu draws attention to the importance of reconsidering our consumption habits.
Adesse, which means ‘to be present’ in Latin, reinforces this message of the restaurant. Award-winning chef Matthew Kenney has been cooking a vegan menu in the kitchen of his California restaurant Plant Food + Wine for nearly a decade and, now in London. Known for his work in plant-based nutrition, Kenney will offer sustainable, biodynamic varieties, and a seasonally prepared menu in Adesse.
