Maude, which closed its doors due to the epidemic, is preparing to open its doors again after a break of more than a year. Chef Curtis Stone’s beloved Beverly Hills restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2019.

During its closure, a pop-up area serving sweet and savory pies was set up on the restaurant’s site. However, while Curtis Stone brings Maude to life, he is looking for formulas to keep this cake room alive. While its new concept and menu are yet to be revealed, the new Maude is scheduled to open in early 2022.
