Organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival has long been one of the city’s annual gastronomy representatives. This year, the festival will include physical events as well as digital events. The festival will serve as a reminder to foodies around the world that Hong Kong will continue to top the list of dining venues in the post-pandemic era.
As a “Display of New Culinary Perspectives,” this year’s festival will present a wealth of experiences, including the innovative rise of Chinese cuisine, online master classes and a cast of F&B personalities.
The “Sustainable Cocktail” master class event hosted by Agung Prabowo, one of the Penicillin bar that won the 2021 Asia’s Best 50 Sustainable Bars Award at the festival, draws attention. A roster of rising culinary stars will be featured in a competition held at the festival to recognize the city’s “trend-leading” talent.
The festival will take place from 1-30 November.
