The Bishop Auckland Food Festival, which will take place in Durham, England, starts tomorrow. Paul Young, who has worked with famous chef Marco Pierre White for many years and crowned these achievements with a Michelin star, will share the tricks of his award-winning chocolates with his guests at the festival.
Paul Young, who worked at the Criterion Restaurant for 6 years with three Michelin-starred Marco Pierre White, said that the restaurant was a turning point for his career. “It’s exciting for us chefs to cook for the people we admire. It is a great source of motivation for us,” said Young, and shared his happiness for his collaboration with the successful chef.
Paul A Young will bake the bonfire cake at the Bishop Auckland Food Festival on Sunday, October 3 and then share his chocolate making techniques. Young won the ‘Outstanding British Chocolatier’ special award at the International Chocolate Awards in 2014.
