Two Michelin-starred chef Andrea Aprea, known for his VUN Andrea Aprea restaurant at the Park Hyatt Milan hotel, has announced the new restaurant opening after leaving VUN. Andrea Aprea restaurant will be located in a period building with a hidden green courtyard on the top floor of the Etruscan Museum in Milan. The restaurant is scheduled to open in early 2022.
Aprea said: “This new project represents an extraordinary personal and professional challenge for me. A deep understanding was born that led to the sharing of ideas and projects with the Rovati family. It is part of this initiative that will offer a new destination for art, culture, education, and the discovery of new gastronomic routes. I am happy to be there.”
