Michelin Guide delivered Michelin stars to restaurants belonging to Scandinavian countries yesterday. Noma, located in the Danish capital Copenhagen and run by chef René Redzepi, has been awarded its third Michelin star.

In the 2021 edition of the Michelin guide, which belongs to the Scandinavian countries, it was stated that “creative and complex dishes” were created for Noma, referring to the “strong connection and holistic approach of nature.” The restaurant commented on its Instagram account, “The seemingly impossible has happened.”
